Tomorrow is the BIG DAY!
We are excited to host our First Annual Gilmore 2K Run/Walk Event. I would like to sincerely thank all of our volunteers and sponsors for their partnership, support, and commitment to our students and school community. Here at CE Hughes, we are truly grateful for everyone helping make this event possible.
If you are volunteering, I will be onsite beginning at 6:00 a.m., and you are more than welcome to arrive at that time. Otherwise, volunteers may arrive between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Throughout the event, we will need course marshals to help direct participants, monitor the flow of the course, and serve as additional support along the route. We will also be supported by local CPD officers and additional security personnel to help ensure a safe, organized, and successful event for all participants.
This event represents the power, unity, and spirit of our community, and I know it will be an amazing experience for everyone involved.
